You will read two short stories and answer a handful of questions about what someone says in them. There are three brief parts; the whole thing takes two or three minutes. There are no right answers — this is a study of how people ordinarily use a very common word.
The order of the stories is assigned at random. Your answers are recorded anonymously — no name, no login, nothing that identifies you. At the end you will see what the study is about and the original published results.
